on-site Mixing

Using raw ingredients to mix and manufacture our concrete on site allows us to control cost and get the desired concrete consistency and strength required.

Slab & Foundation

Utilizing the 3D-printer we are able to pour both the slab and foundation on-site. This eliminate the need for a 3rd party concrete company delivering pre-mixed concrete.

Exterior Walls

Printed and secured directly to the slab. 3D-printed concrete walls allow for a strong interior and exterior wall “Bead” or “Layer Line”. These beads or layer lines give the structure a truly unique look both inside and out.

By printing two to three separate beads or layers lines we are able to achieve both a strong structure and energy efficient structure. Depending on your needs the cavities can be filled with structural rebar and concrete, spray foam insulation, or a combination of both.

Metal Truss system

Using metal trusses not only provides a solid foundation for your roof it also allows for less materials to be used in the roofing process, thus cutting down on materials used, materials wasted, and the weight of the roofing system. This makes the home more fire resistant without wood trusses.

Roofing

We use high quality 24 gauge standing seam roofing panels created in house. The panels are finished with a Kynar layer that provides a durable, long-lasting protective coating that resists fading, chalking, corrosion, and weather damage while maintaining a clean architectural appearance.

Interior Finishes

All of the structures feature polished concrete floors with concrete countertops. The walls are painted with a breathable material in your choice of color. We believe in leaving the beads/layer lines as they truly showoff that your structure is 3D printed.
